Join Hali’a* for mindful movement and meditation. In this class you are invited to slowwww down and move with intention. We will practice mindful motion and presence. This class is a warm invitation to take time out of your day to come back to yourself as you connect with your breath, body, and soul. Come join us in our jungle oasis!
