Yin Yoga with Mandy

Join Mandy for a Yin Yoga Class. Mandy will guide you into seated and reclined postures that will be held for longer periods of time (2-8 min). Holding these seated and reclined poses for longer periods of time targets connective tissues, such as bones, ligaments, joints, and fascia.  Poses will encourage deep stretches and may require some strength to hold. 

Mandy loves the physical health benefits of Yin Yoga, and she cherishes the many lessons and wisdom the practice has to offer us. Whether you have a regular yoga practice or are brand new to practicing yoga, the art of slowing down and being present through Yin Yoga can benefit us all. Mandy warmly invites you to come as you are!
