Mindful Movement & Meditation with Mandy
Join Mandy on Valentine’s Day for an evening of self- love as you work through some mindful movement and meditation. In this class you are invited to slowwww down and move with intention. We will practice mindful motion and presence. This class is a warm invitation to take time out of your day to come back to yourself as you connect with your breath, body, and soul.
