Class Description:
All-Levels Slow Flow Vinyasa: We will connect breath to movement as we flow through a series of feel-good postures, mindfully cultivating awareness and releasing tension in the body.
Teacher Bio:
Natalieis a RYT200 certified yoga teacher who was originally drawn to yoga as a method of stress management, and has since experienced the deep ways that yogic principles and practices can transform every aspect of life. As a teacher, her goal is to guide her students to intuitively mediate between effort and ease as they connect to their breath and body through asana, all while empowering them to honor where they are in their journey.
