Mindfulness Based Breast Feeding (MBBF), Mindfulness is a skill that can be practiced by anyone, anytime, anywhere. Ni-Cheng Liang, MD, pulmonologist and mindfulness teacher with Carly Marks, RN, IBCLC, lactation consultant and Yoga teacher who are both parents, offer the space to explore the physical and emotional experience of feeding your child. 8-part series, each builds on the past workshops. Art supplies and journal included in full workshop fee. Evidence shows that mindfulness is most effective when learned in a quorum of >4 people. It is an endeavor that requires practice, hence 8 parts, learned together, in a planned series. We know that Life does not always allow for us to make it to 8 Monday mornings in a row, so contact us if you are able to commit to >4 of the offered dates. Any parent in any stage of lactation is welcome, with your pre-crawling child.
